Ty Lawson = baller

After watching the heels play an unimpressive thirty nine minutes and 57 seconds, they were tied to a mediocre florida state team. It was then, with 3.2 seconds remainig, that ty took the ball the lenth of the court and drained a three just as time expired. I was speechless. Don't get me wrong, I love Roy Williams, but his coaching decisions that game were questionable to say the least. We are strugling with the basics like blocking out and are even having trouble getting the ball in bounds. The offense had no rhme or reason, we might as well have been playin street ball. One ray of bright light was danny green who has, in my mind, been the most valuable player on our team this year. He dropped twenty to make up for Hansbrough's foul-troubled game. Anyway, we won and it was a very exciting night. Almost as enjoyable as wtching us win, was watching duke lose. I have to give Dino Gaudio credit, that inbounds play was genius, maybe roy was takin notes. He can use the game saturday against state as a practice for when we play a good team.

6:30 in the mornin?

Well, I am awake at 6:30 in the mornin because I managed not to go to sleep last night. I had alot of school work to catch up on, and it got so late that I decided not to go to bed. I got bored about thirty minutes ago and decided to research random things. It turns out that, while I've been awake for almost 22 hours, it only takes 7 minuts for the average person to fall asleep. I guess I'm a litle above average in that category. I hope I can stay up long enough to watch the demon deacons beat duke and the heels beat the seminoles tomorrow or i guess tonight. Another interesting piece of information I found is that more people die on average every year from donkeys than air crashes, jack asses. I think I'm going to try and finish up the rest of my work. I hope you're all sound asleep.

Livin' life

Hola, me llamo William and I, opposite what you may believe, do not speak spanish :). Also, spanglish will not be commonly used in this blog, but Tar Heels basketball will. Speaking of, I hope everyone was able to watch the heels beat a talented hurricane team saturday. I was there and felt like i was watching the best team in the nation exert their will on a good team. If you only saw the first half you might think I didn't watch the game, but after what must have been one hell of a halftime pep talk from roy, the heels came out firing. Wayne Ellington played like the Wayne from last year and dropped 7 three's in the second half, each met with a loud and probably obnoxious, for the people behind me, celebration from myself.

After the game I felt that I owed it to the team to party and celebrate their victory. So, I stopped thinking for myself and decided that it was the least I could do. You will never guess who I saw at the party, which decided not to start until 2 am, part of the reason I'm blogging so late 2 days after, but back to the point, Marcus Ginyard was there, and apparently a stress fracture in your foot doesn't affect your dancing ability. good to know for the future i guess.

Sometime this week I'm going to see notorious, if anyone has already seen it i would love to hear what you have to say about it. Speaking of movies, Taken looks like it's gonna be a great movie, if you haven't seen the previews I highly recommend you youtube it. But im off to find soemthing interesting to do. Maybe that's what my next blog will be about. Later
